Initiate my refund process

Hello cart pay team . i would like you guys to look over my problem my MID is 201248366 that i have initiated a refund on 14-03. it’s been a long while i didn't get any update from your end guys about my refund for the client i have already mailed you the order ID several no. of times but didn't get any update from you guys yet. please do put your eye over my mails this would be really appreciable for me. guys this is really important because this customer of mine is quite important to me and i don’t wanna loose that one because of you fault in delaying to initiate the refund process. Apart from that i don't have any issues with you guys.

I have done a lot of research work for a payment service provider for my retail marketing website and Iin my research time, I found that there were a hand full of payment gateway companies out there in the market. Usually they all do and at least claim the same things. Secure and fast card payments. Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. UK & US bank support, Recurring billing option etc. What stood out for me and why I gone for Cart Pay was that it had all of the above features, moreover they are not owned by an acquiring bank or a card network. They always assisted me get the best possible merchant discount. Mike from the team, was helpful with this and the level of service was first rate.

Before meeting cart pay cart integration was the real pain. The earlier gateway provided me the API kit but I faced real time issue in the integration process. Thank you Cart Pay who not only provided me API kit but made sure that it get integrated with immediate effect. Talking about their merchant services, it is also way superior than various gateway I have experienced.

I am in online marketing industry for more than 15years and tried 5 payment gateways till now to process my payments. In this whole time, I have seen much. I know all payment gateways are more or less same, they promise more and deliver less. Cart pay is no different yet I am using their merchant services from last 8 months. I don’t have any major issues with them, they are doing fine for me. But their support team is not that efficient I get my calls answered once after trying at least four times. This is not good.
