Never try to get rental car (Order # VRFA8DEFD626) from the webpage (http://www.kapruka.com/carRentals/rental_cars_sri_lanka. Jsp). They have menu for cars to be chosen and then date etc. I booked a car and and they didn't even send me an e-mail acknowledging my booking. However I see my credit card being charged $25 for booking even without providing me of any service. I called them e-mailed them and and they reply with a generic e-mail reply it is being looked at. I wrote them again saying I will wait few more months and write a consumer complaint that's why I'm here. I honestly believe that they shouldn't be having webpage saying car rental. I think they are not following any rule of internet commerce and should be banned from doing business online. They could good having shop and getting phone in orders no online orders. They have phony telephone number in USA somewhere in KY and no one answers call on that.BY the way I never got back my $ 25 they charged me for nothing.
