In 2001 they took the initial membership fee 179.99, annual fee of 99.00, then 19.99 rush processing (a service i did not ask for), then 49.99 payment security benefit (a service i did not ask for), then 49.99 purchase protection (a service i did not ask for), then 49.99 preferred customer (yet another service i did not ask for). Finally, we thought we had cancelled our membership. Only to find out in february that they just withdrew 49.99-rush processing fee, 49.99 payment security benefit, and 49.99 for preferred customer all over again.
Not to mention we did not have enough money in the bank to cover all this so we also got charged 25.00 in insuffient funds fees for each item totalling 75.00 in insuffient funds fees. We have never purchased anything, we dont even know if our account was ever activated thats how unhelpful they have been.
We couldnt even use all these services we are paying for. I call and call and call. No one answers, or i get disconnected. The only person i have actually talk to is in the catalog department and she cant help me. What can i do? Please help me get out of this nightmare!
