I have been requesting Alexander Forbes to pay out my pension since November.included here are the contributions paid into the Ernst and Young Provident Fund on my behalf by my then previous employer in December 1999 and early 2000. Despite the fact that bank statements, the actual amounts paid and the pertinent account number have been provided, Alexander Forbes continues to claim that there is no record that any such payments were made. How on earth is this possible? Why have they not bothered to investigate? I have referred the matter to the Pension Fund Adjudicator.
