I was roaming around the internet, when i came across
this site on countrywide. My late husband took out a loan with countrywide about four years ago, When they gave this loan to him, he was on disablity and had no job, again they did not want me on the loan,
I was the one with the job. When i question this, making sure that by doing this they were not removing me from the deed, They told me that My husband would be responable for the loan soley. My husband since passed away. My name and his are both on the deed, but the loan is only in my husband's name.
Last year i took them to court because i got behind on the loan which is not in my name, and they started forclousure. On the foreclousure they served me as John Doe, which i found out was not legal. To make a long story short, they lost in court and had to reserve me. And start all over. My point is that they gave a loan to a man {my husband} that was sick and without a job at a intrest rate of 11 percent. Promised him to put the taxes and the death insurance in escorow and at the closing took it all back and did not follow through.
At this date they are still trying to foreclose on the the house and i am still fighting them, when this started they told me that i could not have a workout now they are telling me that it is ok for a workout. Bad business
