MCo collections calls my family member using an automated voice system stating that they are Amsouth bank, not part of or calling on behalf of but stating that they are, then they continue to call (3 times in one hour) while im trying to get my son to sleep and eating, even thought my family member has made the payments. Leading customer to belive that the bank itself is calling about something important just to get a collector form another company is very misleading someone need to stop this.
