1. A dying company thanks to the CEO and her inner circle of clueless friends Current Sales Agent in Fort Lauderdale, FL Reviewed 5 days ago NewPros There are some nice people that work here, but they are not recognized or rewarded because the CEO takes all the credit and gives it to her friends along with any opportunities. Cons CEO is arrogant and ignorant. She has run off all the good people and hired weak friends as replacements.

No One knows the credit card processing or merchant services business at this company, which is our business.

The CEO, CFO and CTO are funny positions in a company of maybe 50 people.

They bought another company, First Giving, and they will ruin it like they did the 3 other small ISO's they bought.

Business and People are leaving so fast that there have been over 10 reorganizations since the CEO took over.

They bold face lie to clients and employees and the Board holds no one accountable. Advice to Senior Management Leave for another industry that you understand. Stop lying to clients and employees. Just fess up that the company is shrinking and is going to bottom out. More Helpful Review?

2. Unhappy at work everyday, not the only one Current Truthtellerwoman in Lacey, WA Reviewed 2 weeks agoPros The people in my facility are good to work with day to day, they have good benefits (expensive though). It is close to my home town. Cons People are leaving it seems like everyday, and they are not being replaced. All open posted jobs have been taken down. Everyone in this facility and as far as I can tell in other facilities are very unhappy and are looking for other jobs. No one gives us a sense of worth and no one represents us (the day to day worker) in the company. The old VP of OPS was the only one who held the Lacey office together, I have no one to go to on a day to day basis and no one outside of the Lacey office has a clue about what we do, Merchant Services! Everyone is constantly angry with each other, everyone feels lost. We are losing merchants monthly and not replacing them. If you told me it would be like this last year at this time, I would have said you were crazy. Management has created an environment across the company of fear, no one will open their mouth because everyone in the past that has opened their mouth has been fired immediately. Our sales people couldn't sell ice in the desert, we are constantly being yelled at by customers, sales people, and managers. It all comes down from the top. The customers are our last priority. We are constantly being told that we are moving to another business model, but no one has fully explained it or understands it, I assume Lacey will not be included in the future. It is a real mess. I hope someone opens a merchant services company in the area because I can't move and I can't do this for much longer. I feel like a hostage. These things are talked about everyday, and the morale is at an all time low. Merry Christmas, right. We had a great leader at one point and management never listened to him. If you only knew how hard we work to succeed and make FSP a success only to have the bloated overpaid management team constantly work against us. Advice to Senior Management When you hire a CEO, don't let them hire all of their previous managers, because when you do that, no one will oppose them for any reason.in the last month, I have heard top managers talking behind the CEO's back, they are even fed up. I wish employees and management could have an open conversation, but I would be scared to ruin my kids Christmas by getting fired. Replace all of the current management, there is no way they can regain my confidence or my trust. That is what I want for Christmas. More Helpful Review? Yes | No Comment Problem with this Review? Worst People, Company Shrinking Former Finance in Lacey, WA Reviewed Oct 26Pros Ther are no longer any prosCons CEO is self centered along with the rest of her cronies. If you are in the RED after 3 years of performance well, here's your sign. She singly destroyed the existing base of customers and revenue. Under her leadership or lack there of there has been an appx 90% employee turnover and the customer base is shrinking rapidly. Advice to Senior Management Really, do you think they would listen. The entire management team needs to go and Arsenal needs to start over. More Helpful Review? Yes | No 2 Comments Problem with this Review?

3. Bad business sector Former Software Engineer in Reston, VA Reviewed Oct 16Pros People friendly, however, there are more cons then prosCons Even though top managers came from Tier Technology with old customers, there are lot of mess and uncertainties in the company business. 4. Physician Center Medical Director - FloatConcentra Inc. Arlington, TXProduct ConsultantMcGraw-Hill Dallas, TXThanks for the memories Former Operations in Brentwood, TN Reviewed Jun 4Pros OLD management staff and the benefits were really good. Other than that, they had good snacks in the break room. Cons New management. Glad I quit my old job to take a job here only to get "downsized".
These people look down their noses at you and are just in general difficult to be around. They also are dishonest and lie to employees about future plans. Advice to Senior Management Get your act together. Please. More Helpful Review? Yes | No 3 Comments Problem with this Review?

5. Mismanaged corporation with no soul Former Sales Position in Fort Lauderdale, FL Reviewed Apr 30Pros Good benefits
Had a good compensation program (until it changed)

6. What happened? Former Employee in Lacey, WA Reviewed Jan 17Pros It is in the state of WashingtonCons The previous commenter is 100% correct, ever since Fast Transact was acquired by Frontstream Payments, working at Frontstream Payments has been chaos. Competent leadership, however, would have no trouble defining and enacting a solution but that is not the case at this company. The leadership here will speak to you as if you were in adult day care, spend more time covering up their own mistakes and blaming others than actually coming up with solutions, and feel that its more important to "look important" than to actually get things done. Brown nosing runs rampant and appears to be a viable means to success here at Frontstream and if you are a good liar and speak to people in a condescending manner, you will quickly work your way up the corporate ladder. If you are honest, work hard, and are willing to take considerably less pay than your counterparts you may be promoted to a supervisory position. The culture here is one of incompetence, where everyone points fingers at everyone else and taking responsibility for an issue is not a sign of responsibility, but a sign of "I don't want to get blamed for that!", so problems are constantly being "passed around" instead of being addressed. This company speaks of good values, yet does not practice them. They will lie to your face to accomplish their goals, which seem to change on a daily basis, and have no trouble whatsoever using deceitful tactics. This company fired many helpful people and now the workload is extremely heavy. Advice to Senior Management Get your heads out of your butts and start behaving like adults. Every day things seem to go further downhill.
