Very simply, I want my money back ($498.95 charged on 9/10). I didn't even get a package or submit it til after the 20th. There were a few contacts with Andrew, none of the creditors he was 'working' with seemed to want to work with him at all, so there were No interest rate reductions at all. Then I was given some 'homework' and told to call back at point X. Now, the phone rings once and goes straight to Clicks and Fuzzes (I've tried for a week). The website is not only non functional, it no longer exists!!
