I readily began my new work like a stylist at JC Penney Salon in Whitehall pa-in the Lehigh Valley Mall, though mu hours where not excellent, i loved working there and had fun. Soon after i began working there a brand new supervisor was employed. She managed to get obvious at team conferences she'd haven't employed fresh students from beauty college, there in which a several fresh grads employed in those days. Without providing anybody a chance to show themselves and display there ability, she fired every single one in the salon, I had been the final to become dismissed. Her reasons where numerous, "used to do not cost somebody for providers precisely, I received many grievances from different stylist about you. Etc... She gave no one an opportunity. I lost all that point in the jc penney salon. Prosecute the supervisor was a mean and heartless individual. Our last trip to the salon she screamed at my before clients and belittled in fron of colleagues. Is that this the administration kind that JC Penny Employees. Is that this the brand new path that JC penny is certainly going under there new boss. Employ ruthless professionals. I'd not recommed work at JC Penney Salon or within the shop, no body cared with no one listened.
