My invoice was for $41.71 that is what I agreed to pay. My CC has been charged $9.22, $32.49 on May 14 then $2.83 on May 15. This is a overcharge of $2.83.

Furthermore, I thought I was purchasing a booklet to be sent to me, not the online manual that I can not get access to. Please credit my account for this as well.
