Selling Fake Gold Jewelry

Vendor misrepresented product and that I am seeking a partial reimbursement. I've supplied the contact info for 2 skilled people in two distinct physical jewelry shops who equally examined product and decided it to become phony. The assessments were done in my own existence at both places. Personally, I examined them having a magnet and became worried when a few of the drops were drawn to the magnetic field. The vendor promoted them as "Strong 14ct Gold" and 14kt isn't suffering from a magnet. I proceeded to truly have the product (Rosary Ring) examined in 2 distinct places. 2/26 product examined at Aransas Pass Pawn & Jewelry-Store, Contact (Harry)@ (361) 758-7296,1045 T. Wheeler Ave. Aransas Pass, Texas. 78336 The examination was done in my own existence and unveiled six (6) phony gold-filled 8mm beads. 2/27 Product analyzed for second-time at Amanis Jewelers, Contact (Charles)@ 361-985-2178, La Palmera, 5408 SPID CC Texas. Jeweler suggested Six (6) of the 8mm beads are phony gold-filled drops & firmly drawn to a magnet. Cited me $36.00 ea for 8mm Sound 14ct Gold Beads & $199.00 to get rid of phony Drops and substitute with Strong 14ct Drops, rebuilding them as to the the Vendor Marketed. Complete is $415.00. Vendor has declined my reimbursement and that I have submitted an ebay dispute. Watch out for ItsHot.com. Check your silver having a magnet.
