The biggest lose

I sign with omni gym for a contest called the biggest loser. Well they didn't even put me on a scale. After I sign the contract they totally abandon me and they did not do what they were promising on the contract. I went to the gym to complain and the manager started defending himself even before I started talking. Something is wrong.
