I visited Great Sams before Christmas to get a haircolor, haircut and keratin therapy. I'd to obtain a re do of my shade since my grays were not coated. I adopted the directions for that keratin therapy stepbystep. Following the preliminary scrub, I understood it did not work. I named the supervisor, Amanda, and he or she stated there have been two people who'd issues with the merchandise. She stated she'd contact me back regarding a reimbursement or perhaps a re do. 14 days later, no term, and he or she didn't return my calls. Then I obtain a phone from my hairstylist, Takeia, and publications another visit. I make it happen and I was informed I Would need to return a later date since the woman before me needed her hair redone exactly the same evening she'd it completed. At the conclusion of the discussion I thought like I had been fighting with my teenage child. I eventually stated, "with all due regard, I would like to talk to the dog owner." She stated, good, but she is not likely to be as good when I am. Therefore not just did she offend me, but she also insulted the dog owner. Where's the professionalism? This supervisor is actually also small and never experienced to deal with any scenario in a professional atmosphere. It has been per week today and that I still have not noticed in the operator of Great Sams in Lake Worth, TX.
