You Frame missing order - Photo Printed on a Choice of Canvas

I wish I had seen the reviews before placing my order 2 months in and no reply to my emails. I plan to try Trading Standards next - has anyone tried that route? I also will be calling Groupon again -I see they are still running offers for this Mickey Mouse Outfit that cannot cope with their volume of orders
