Ended Purchase, delivered anyhow, cost me $31.96 S/H for just two tiny pipes of lotion

In-May, I requested 2 pipes of the brown lotion. They held me about the telephone permanently, attempting to sell me additional items. I acquired really disappointed and furious, and so I terminated the purchase. They delivered it anyway. I declined the bundle and had the postoffice deliver it back unopened. I've been returned for that prodcuct ($34 plus). Nevertheless, they're getting me $31.96 for S/H! For just two little pipes of lotion! Whenever you email them a, they provide you with the telephone #. You then reach keep in touch with somebody internationally, whonot realize you & vice versa. They WOn't return the $31.96, despite the fact that I terminated the purchase! That appears like an extremely large S/H charge for just two little pipes of lotion. They cost $7.99 s/h per pipe, despite the fact that they're submitted exactly the same little cover! Exactly what a rip off!!
