Th Instyler was given to my daughter for her 17th Birthday. Nov. 23 and fell apart while she was useing it on January 27 Gee Wizz what a rip off. Customer Service is not very helpful... They don't care. They already have your money so in other words SCREWED Big Time! I would think they would rather keep a million happy customers That would order a new one every two years, for more profit, than screw people over and take there money and laugh in there face... Sad for me and VERY SAD for my daughter. I really wish they where a honest business. Paid alot for Instyler and would pay it again if IF it would last at least a year or longer... What happend to good ole' American Spirit
