I visited JCPenney Salon at Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, Va on Sunday, June 21 and found Mina. SHE RUINED MY HAIR, not only the colour, however the consistency and framework. It isn't possibly repairable. You are able to simply observe where nearly every string on top of my mind was broken-off. I needed my hair lightened a tone or two. I particularly informed her that I did so not need my hair red whatsoever! It is extremely brownish. Well, it ended up red. I have been dying my hair nearly every evening since with partial-perm haircolor also it wont actually consider any shade. It is still red. I hate it... It's going to get decades to obtain the damaged hair to develop out and never have small hairs sticking up all around the top of my mind.
NEVER AGAIN! Exactly what a terrible location, terrible knowledge and absolutely TERRIBLE HAIRDRESSER! Do not visit jcpenney salons, actually!!! This hairdresser actually stood there and attempted to protect himself to her colleagues that she did what I requested. Terrible! I cried all night and my hair is likely to be all messed up for weeks. I have had more than 50 people ask me what occurred to my hair. It is completely terrible. She must have her permit suspended!
