I obtained an email from support. Acaiburn.com dated 11/13/08. The topic was: Your AcaiBurn Return Bill.

It explained that my order-id 100008809 could be completely returned in fourteen days. Or even, I ought to email you and provide the code "Watermelon".

Please allow me to understand why I'venot obtained a return.
