I subsequently obtained 2 one-carat tanzanite gems within the email. I named customer support - excessively lengthy delay, talked with boss and he or she decided to return my charge card to incorporate delivery. They delivered a Fed-X package in my experience and that I delivered the jewels on 9/26/09. On 2/2/09 I called to follow up and was told they would send a request to accounting, rep stated they take a long time for refunds.
I believe that is ridiculous.
