Cannot reach to cancel

I have been trying for several days to reach MyTrialSupport to cancel a recent trial offer and have not been able to reach via email or phone. I do not wish to continue with this program and I am afraid I will be billed for more products.in addition I want to cancel AcaiNoni from SFL Nutrition.
