Charged on my bank account

I requested 2 test containers of Acai Noni and Acai Burn. $4.95 each. I tested my bank account and that I have been billed $82.27 twice that we did not approve. The acai diet diet returned my $82.27. Iam having a hard period choosing the different celebration so when I contact Iam obtaining the run-around. I can not manage these costs and it is likely to create my checks jump. Please enable me. All I've is on my bank record is Pre-Auth Dri*Reg.netLoc: Regnetord. Commn. Could you please enable me? Cheers
