Bluefakes.com and/or Mike Tsyuman
Scammed

My husband ordered a watch over the phone when we called bluefakes.com to ask a few questions about their product. The guy we spoke to was very polite and said that he would overnight the watch we wanted. He said their credit card machine was broken and we would need a money order since he would send it C.O.D. That should have been our redflag warning, but we understand that sometimes technology breaks down and we really wanted the watch before Christmas.

The watch came and we opened it after giving UPS our money order. Guess what? It was completely the wrong watch. It looked terrible too! Completely dissapointed we called thinking that there was some sort of mix-up with another order, but after looking at the poor quality of the wrong watch we decided the best thing to do is to try to get our money back. I was able to get through to one guy who said not to wear the watch and to call the next day to make arrangements to return the watch. I called many times, leaving many messages over the course of several weeks. Then their voice mail became full. I sent a few emails, never getting a response.

I checked around and found that unfortunately I was a victim of these scam artists. There are many many websites that these guys run. At / link removed / I found this:

Mike Tsyuman / Avianwatch.com, globalreplica.com and many more listed on NY BBB

I found another victim who listed the below information. I called and spoke to the Chief today. Should you have any information about this guy or these companies, PLEASE call Jimmy Claxton at Surf City P.D.!! They are on to this guy and have the FBI, FTC, NY Senator, Fed Ex involved...'If you are a victim call Det. Jimmy Claxton Surf City P.D. 910-328-7711, we are working with the FBI, Fed EX, The Postal Service and others to arrest these bums.'

I called the Detective and left a message. I haven't heard back from him yet, so I guess only time will tell if these pieces of scum will ever be brought to justice. I found complaints from back in 2007... So it's unfortunate that unsuspecting people are still getting scammed.

I will never again purchase anything over the web again unless I research it again. / link removed / and the http://usashameboard.com are both great ways to research different companies.
