Requested test solution on 12/9/08. Didn't obtain item nevertheless was billed the $3.95 for trial S&H. I named on 12/29/08 and terminated any more item nevertheless on 1/2/09 was billed $87.13. I called again on 2/9/09 and was assured that the refund was in process and would take 7-10 business days from my cancellation on 12/29/08.By today (1/17/09) I've not acquired the reimbursement. I called again today to protest concerning the scenario also to request a reimbursement of the $3.95 about the trial that I never obtained.
