My daughter's bank account has been charged for the acai berry product.
Problem is she did not sign up for the trial basis, let alone the monthly one
Acai berry refuses to talk to you on the phone to try to get them to explain how they can do this.
A fraudulent email was used in regards to my daughter
We went to the bank and was able to file a complaint there with them. Unfortuantely, they can only go back 60 days. We are awaiting the paperwork from the bank to recoup some of her money
If there are people out there that have contacted any state, federal agency please post so that we can add our name to this company.
For those wiseguys who state to read the fine print, it would be wonderful, if only the product was ordered by the authorized user.
However that is not the case with us
