Completely scammed by the corporation. I requested a $3900 spa (LG Ambassador) that fell apart within 5 weeks period and it is currently completely inoperable. This isn't a "LG" item but is created in China, in my opinion. They don't recognize the warranty because they inform me another organization (02 heavenly schools) addresses the guarantee. The corporation doesn't return calls, e-mails and today they don't have an energetic telephone. Who ought to be held responsible for the "crap" they're promoting?
