They keep charging my credit/debit card $69 and I do not receive a product, nor do I want the product

This HoodiaComplex has billed $69 to my bill twice today. I've not gotten any products, or do I'd like any products. The financial institution set it once, however it has occurred again. I'd like them to stop getting me for anything I don't need and also have never obtained.
