It looks like I've been duped like so many others. I'm too unable to cancel this auto ship. When I called to cancel the rep told me the CRM was done and to call back in 30 minutes. Stated the close at 9pm (central), called at 8:36pm (central) and got the recording that they were closed. I'm about to speak to my lawyer. I smell a class action lawsuit.
