This Company is completely unethical. They promise no obligation, free samples and when you give them your credit details they immediately debit your account for not only the delivery amount but also the full price of the product for the following month. The conditions stating that you will be billed monthly unless you notify them in 18 days that you do not wish to receive any more are written in tiny print which largely goes unnoticed. Also, the product was received 4 days after the sample so they give you almost no time to evaluate the product.
They are impossible to contact by phone and not conactable by email so the only way to stop the direct withdrawals from your credit card account is to cancel the card with your bank (and all the problems associated with the cancellation that entail from that) Just requesting cancellation will not stop them from continuing from raiding your account (as evidenced by ather complainants) Also, we strongly advise reporting this company to the Consumer protection authority in your state and/or country.
