My experience has always been a low rating. Some are corporate some are franchise. My daughters and I have tanned there for years spent thousands of dollars. I think the owner Paula might be in financial distress - stopped carrying many products which led to my final straw. They have stated not to order online as none are legit so I ordered thru palm beach was charged immediately as time went by kept asking where the product was told Paula forgot to order took two weeks - when finally received it was the most watered down product and I should not order online? This is where they make big bucks is in products the markup is unreal. The sales girl saw how watered down it was and took possession I asked for a refund she said she could not it would have to go thru Paula I gave my number asked for hers was told could not give her number. Why not? You sold a fraudulent product and sat on my money this went on for another 2 weeks was told I could exchange for another product in stock Bear in mind there was no products she was carrying that I wanted the Marilyn is a 90.00 some product with my discount. You can get online for half that but remember online sights are not legit. This no way to run a business I contested charges but what if paid in cash... I am currently contacting corporate. I have spent thousands of dollars not to mention all the money on products. Over the years she has been slow to fix bulbs buttons timers etc... She is not very nice to her employees either there has been a high turnover in staff. Almost all of the girls have been great! Bottom line now we have to drive farther to another tanning salon. Hopefully, the franchise and corporate will do something about this and Paula. WE are not the only ones that have issues...
