I was very skeptical at first when i ordered the sample, turns out that i fell in love with the results. I decided to let the auto ship com in because i really needed the lotion and i can say that my skin improved 100%, my face had this glow to it, people honestly thought i was wearing makeup... To only find out that i wasn't. They were very impressed and amazed at how soft and beautiful my skin looked. I then cancelled because it was too expensive for me to afford and the 1.7 bottle lasts for about 3 months. I once again needed it, by the way i use Harmony which is for the 30's, i decided to order again... Yes at the high cost ughhh! But i know it works and i really needed it because i was out. I was looking on line and noticed that amazon had one bottle for 39.99, i decided to call back, luckily i got the same lady who answered when i called to place my order, i told her that i wanted to cancell all future orders because i found it cheaper elsewhere. She decided to give me a $20 dollar discount and a shipping discount, i will now pay $52 dollars in total for all my future orders and will get a $22 dollar credit for the one i just ordered. I will also be getting the shipment every 90 days. I absolutley love stages of beauty, not to mention their customer service employees who are very nice and helpful. As for all the negative reviews go, they really don't know what they are talking about because when you order your sample it clearly states that if you don't cancell within the 14 days you will be charged for the future shipment so it's their own fault for not following through on the cancellation. And if they were to call i know they would be refunded. Bottom line is i love stages of beauty and their customer service!
