I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut and styled at costcutter in katy texas on n. Fry rd, i was very nervous at first, this lady name norah the manager is absolutely the best in the world, my luck she will be gone when i return hopefully so many compliments on my hair i had to leave a post, try her out folks just absolutely wonderful (july)
