Quality!!! Quality!!! Quality!!! First class all the way!!! April 25

Let me first say I am an extremely picky person and one of those people that get those vibes from people and Joshua instantly put me at ease. I was extremely skeletal in the beginning about buying a puppy online without being able to physical see and touch him. After talking to Joshua numerous times with many questions he put our concerns at ease by explaining the stringent background checks (vets, etc) on their breeders, require DNA testing of puppies to ensure the purebred status and the overall process of the of Purebred Breeders. Of course it%u2019s only common sense that they are going provided the utmost and only positive information available. It is your job as the consumer to do your homework to the best of your ability to ask question and find out the entire information positive to negative. A smart and informed consumer will understand that it is just as much their responsibility as it is PB.
After picking a puppy we asked if we could speak to the breeder. Joshua was able to set up the three-way conference call and the breeder was more than willing to answer all of our questions and provided us even more information along with pictures of the parents and the other litter mates. We were comfortable with the information and purchased Oliver on Wednesday evening April 25. We were told that he needed to get his vet check and he would probably be ready to travel on Sunday or Monday. We got a call the next day the 26th and they said he had been to the vet and was healthy and ready to go and there was a flight the next day on Friday April 26. We arrived at the airport to pick our Oliver and he was not there sick out of our minds the airport had no idea where he was they were calling and were on hold for over a half hour. I called Purebred Breeders and they said they would call the breeder and the airport at their end and call me back. They called back in less than 10 min and had all the answers. The connecting flight had been delayed and the airline did not get him to it in time, so he was on the next one. They informed me of all this while the airline personnel was still on hold trying to get me some answers. (I ended telling the airport where he was) THAT IS QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It was the airport fault not BP!!! But yet BP made sure I got all the right information and they were so sorry that no one from the airline had called us to let us know he had been delayed. They instantly emailed us a new itinerary for the new flight. Anyway he finally arrived. He was so scared his little eyes were the sized of quarters and he in the far back corner of his carrier. I was so worried that the stress of flying was going to be too much on him at 3.4lbs, we got him out and gave him so water and nuti-cal and he slept on my daughters lap the 30 minute ride home. We got in the house and my worries disappeared it was like someone gave him an adrenalin shot, heck with the puppy pad, within minutes he christened our house and began playing with his new toys%u2014he knew he was home.
