Worst experience I actually got. The delay was over per month, the merchandise was not what I requested (Frontline Plus, but got Frontline Combo. Whatever it's. It originates from Great Brittan). Two out-of six pipettes were vacant. Called customer support. Got yelled at. Required photos and sent back again to them. Got an answer "it seems you will find no broken pipettes." STEER CLEAR!
