Company won't honor their warranty

Organization won't recognize a three-year guarantee

In July I bought an aquarium filtration produced by the corporation. The purchase was created through the seller eBay.com. I've evidence of purchase and cargo.in July the filtration jumped a trickle. The filtration hasn't experienced use since. I approached Eheim in September regarding this problem, but didn't get a reaction until lately. Eheim statements under their organization plan, the guarantee is voided since the product wasn't bought via an approved Eheim store, to-wit: eBay.com. Our placement is their warranty doesn't implicity or clearly suggest that the filter needed to be bought from "a certified Eheim store" because it simply says the product should be followed closely by evidence of purchase and shipping to become protected underneath the 3-year guarantee. After trading more than 9 e-mails backwards and forwards fighting our particular jobs about the problem, Eheim stays stubbornly firm on the position, and will not provide a bargain or quality. More, Eheim no more reacts to my emails. Eheim must behave in a persistent way, consider complete responsibililty of the faulty item, and create the required repairs to my filtration as guaranteed within their guarantee.
