I took my dogs to get teeth clean, they advice me that my order dog should take antibiotic due to her age, so i bought it. Once my husband pick up dogs they said the other dog had a urine inf. Need antibiotic come back in two week for check up. I did yesturday they told me it would be another one hundred and some, due to ins. Not covering two urine in less than 6 month. I told them why didnt they explain this to my husband they told me they did, my husband said that not true. I dont trust them it not the first time they tell me my dogs have something and i have taken them to a second doctor and it has not been true. I friend had the same proble with them. I dont know if they make money or they need the business but i due know they cant play around with peoples feeling this way. I go there because its convenient and i have two dogs i pay everymonth a ins. Fee for each of them and the shots are free and anything else a get a discount. It could be expensive two dogs well kept.
