I filed a claim on this policy before I cancelled it 1/09. During this time I kept getting letters saying you had not received my dog's medical records even though I had sent them three times.
12/30/09 I received yet another letter saying you hadn't received my dog's medical records. I have a copy of this letter. I called 1/21/10 and was told that you DID have my pet's medical records. The lady I spoke to said she'd notify claims to clarify what (if any) new info they wanted. Since then I have heard NOTHING from you.
I tried chatting with someone at your company today and the girl refused to help me saying you don't deal with claims 90 days past. When I told her I was contacted by your company 12 months after I cancelled the policy she claimed there was no record of it.
All this tells me your company does whatever it can NOT to pay claims. This letter is to ask one more time to fill my valid claim before I seek a third party to deal with you. Also know I'll NEVER use your services again and will be telling everyone I know to do the same.
