Wrong item deliberately shipped. - Giorgio Armani Tailor Silver Silk Dress

After paying for a Giorgio Armani dress, which item was clearly legible on both the order and packing slip, Rue lala ships out a substitute/replacement item that was not ordered. Only an unacceptable apology is issued, with no attempt to replace the substitute item with the Armani dress that was actually ordered.
