Ok i ordered this product about a week ago. It hasnt arrived yet, but im cant wait to get started! I was excited until i started reading all the horrific billing issues that customers were having. So i got their customer service phone number from their website (800-901-6184) selected the option for cancelling orders and low and behold someone answered right away. They cancelled any furture orders that i was automatically enrolled in and was very pleasant about it! It was quick easy and painless, but i do have to say if i was not aware of the auto billing and was sent products and charged for them then without my knowlege i would not be happy.
