Today I received a card saying for my loyalty that I'd get 3 months of Showtime. Well first problem is that 1/2 of the first month is already gone. Second issue is that the showtime offerings are a joke. If you want to make a customer happy you should really ask them what they want for their loyalty. And if just providing something for free, let the consumer choose the timing, i.E. Not already started as the Summer is starting.
So I'm sorry Miss Campaign, Sr. VP Sales & Marketing @ Directv, you'll never get my movie business or PPV. Very happy with Netflix for that.
