I've previously delivered a demand to E Trade requesting them to get rid of all of the infant advertisements from their site and prevent displaying them on Television. E trade has overlooked my demand, and so, I'm giving a cease and desist notice. If E Trade NEVERTHELESS doesn't adhere to the demand after getting this criticism notice, further motion is likely to be obtained. What motion? It'll rely on the intensity of the delinquency by E Trade. If E Trade DOES conform, no more motion is likely to be obtained.
