Bob H ([email protected]) has repeatedly approached our organization within an abusive way. He's rude, unpleasant and it has known myself as "sugar" and "partner". I've sent and named the organization and requested to become taken off their mail list. They proceed to email me spam. The sales techniques are therefore unpleasant that I'd not contemplate learning more concerning the support. After I request to consult with Bobis manager/boss... He informs me he may be the boss. Eric Carstens may be the Leader, however there's no-contact info for him with no one can give info on the telephone.
Terrible customer support skills. I doubt the corporation has one efficient result in deliver.

We've experienced company for 30 years and Bobis first declaration in my experience was that I "clearly required a much better sales team". I'll be informing my affiliates and suppliers about my encounter with this particular organization.
