I've had nothing but problems trying to advertise on Superpages through Idearc Media. Their representatives continually lie and misrepresent their terms and continually engage in false and fraudulent billing practices. They sell their advertising on a pay-per-click basis and then add 'monthly minimum charges' without any notification. When you attempt to minimize or cancel your add (s) all they do is give you a run around about how this is going to hurt your business. They then proceed to send fraudulent bills for un-incurred expenses and harass you to pay these bills. This is the worst company I have ever done business with in my entire life and would STRONGLY ENCOURAGE anyone considering advertising with Idearc Media on the Superpages web site to reconsider and select a company that is more ethical and professional with their business practices. Based on my experience, ANY and EVERY company that exists would most likely be more ethical and responsible than SUPERPAGES. I hope to never encounter them or any company remotely similar to them during the remainder of my life. These people are nothing but con-men and con-women under the guise of a quasi-reputable company. Anyone seeking to advertise on Superpages is simply biting into the lure of their con-game. The people and practices of Idearc Media make me ashamed to be a United States citizen.
