Unauthorized $39.99 Subscription Charge on Inactive Account

Money has been taken out of my account for $39.99 and I did NOT authorize this subscription!!! When I go to pogo.com it says that my account is NOT active! I do NOT want renew my membership with Pogo... Please return my money now!!!
