Repeated Harassing Calls Without Ever Disclosing a Debt

RPM has called and harassed me for some time. They have never even mentioned whether they were collecting a debt. When I asked who or what they were collecting for, they ignored the question and yelled louder.

I have no idea why they are calling. I told them to contact me by mail and by mail only. I have never received any kind of bill stating what kind of debt they were collecting, or whether they were collecting a debt at all.

I am on total disability, and still they continue to harass me, but they never discuss any kind of debt!
