Credit card charged on 12/17/06 order that never shipped

Pokemon USA website: http://www.pokemoncenter.com, located in NYC at 1177 Avenue of the Americas, 31st Floor, 10036.

I placed an order on 12/17/06. The order has not shipped yet, but my credit card has been charged. There has been no response to multiple emails to customer service, only pre-recorded messages on their 800 line and on their corporate line.
