I joined their games on MSN, paying $9.95 each month for six months. I tried their computer techs for help, because none of the games I downloaded would play right. I also caught two viruses while downloading their games. The support techs I emailed have nothing to do with their billing, and I cannot get anyone at Oberon Media to answer why they are charging me for games I cannot play on this notebook. I told them it would take an upgrade on my notebook laptop to download their games. When I went to quit them, I got a message that I would be charged for all the games I did not buy from them. Hello! Do they not get the idea of why I should pay this amount if I cannot play the games?
