Paid $39.95, Sent Denial Letters, Still Not Refunded

I paid $39.95 for a loan that they guaranteed I would get from one of their 96 companies, or my money back. They had guidelines to follow to get the 100% money-back guarantee, which consisted of at least 5 denial letters from the company that denied me. I had 7 or 8 that I made copies of and sent to them, and I still have not been refunded my money.
