Unauthorized billview.com charges though I have no Verizon account

I found over $60.00 on my phone bill after I already paid it. It was all somehow connected with Verizon, whom I don't even have an account with!

I was instructed to go to billview.com and there were 4 separate charges on my account that I didn't authorize.
