Support Dismissed Browser Problem as Customer's Computer Issue

I have contacted Netflix and spoke to a guy name Richard, ID 84774 and asked him to help me solving an issue with Netflix. His answer was: You should check your computer with a technician. Nothing we can do for you!!!

What a crap service!!!
