Charged 11.95 monthly after canceling Small Business by phone

Yahoo Small Business: I pay 11.95 per month, and I have had it for 6 months. It does not accept me. They changed my alternate emails. I canceled by phone as they instruct, and they keep charging my bank. They blocked my account with eBay and PayPal. They do not answer 24 hours a day as they promise. I have no money for a lawyer.
